Two of the most common form of diabetes known as Type 1 and Type 2. In one form of diabetes, we lose our ability to keep sugar adequately for the body. Increased levels of blood sugar because the body has a difficultyin transporting sugar into the cells and out of the bloodstream. There are various ways to lower blood sugar levels, including exercise, diet, and medicines.

This exercise is a very important part of diabetes management for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

For Type 1 diabetes, regular exercise helps to maintain insulin sensitivity, helps prevent the accumulation of excess weight, and increased use of glucose by the muscles, resulting in lower blood sugar levels. Although there is currently no way to prevent type 1 diabetes, it may be possible to prevent type 2 diabetes.

Things to consider when trying to prevent type 2 diabetes are regular exercise, supplementation with vitamins and herbs that help prevent insulin resistance, and control the proper weight.

Exercise not only helps directly in the management of diabetes by lowering blood sugar levels and maintaining insulin sensitivity, but also helps minimize the many complications that can arise in individuals with diabetes. Research has shown that walking for 30 minutes per day can substantially reduce the possibility of developing type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes tend to develop circulatory problems and exercise can certainly help lowering blood pressure and improving blood circulation throughout the body. Since individuals with diabetes tend to have poor blood flow to their feet and lower legs, a better circulation is extremely profitable.

There are some risks associated with sports, but it is more beneficial than risky.
However, diabetics must measure their blood sugar before and after exercise. Because your body uses more sugar during exercise and make you more sensitive to insulin, there is risk of blood sugar becomes too low and cause hypoglycemia.

When exercise, it is important to let others know that you are suffering from diabetes. They should be told what to do in case of hypoglycemia. You should always carry candy or fruit juice to treat low blood sugar levels should they occur.

During and after the training session, you should pay attention to what you feel because of rapid heartbeat, increased sweating, feeling shaky, or hunger can signal that your blood sugar level becomes too low.

This exercise is an important part of the management and treatment of diabetes. Exercise helps control blood sugar when the muscles use more glucose and the body becomes more sensitive to insulin. Exercise also helps to prevent and minimize common diabetic complications, including heart problems, high blood pressure and circulation deficiencies. All people with diabetes should include regular exercise program as part of the overall management plan.

Brewer’s yeast is a miracle food that containing many mineral chromium. This mineral helps the pancreas produce more insulin. This is one of the best food to support the handling of sugar in the body. According to an article by Dr. Richard J. Doisy and others, which appeared in Medical World News, Brewer’s yeast has lowered insulin needs of diabetes patients.

Broccoli

Broccoli had a close relationship with cauliflower, has long been a popular food in Europe. These vegetables proved to be effective as an anti-diabetic food. This food is also a rich source of chromium, a mineral that is useful for lowering blood sugar. These minerals regulate blood sugar, thereby reducing the need for drugs and insulin for diabetes.

In the case of mild diabetes, chromium may prevent the attack by the disease of diabetes management. Chromium can help control it. Even low blood sugar levels can be brought to normal with chromium.
